Overview

No purchase necessary. Entry is free. This is a skill- and merit-judged contest. The winner is selected by Vagari Creative's founder based on the criteria below, not by random chance or vote.

Eligibility

Open to legally operating small businesses located in the greater Buffalo, NY area. One entry per business. Vagari Creative employees, contractors, and immediate family are not eligible. Businesses currently in active proposal discussions or under contract with Vagari Creative at the time of entry are not eligible. Entrant (or an authorized representative of the business) must be 18 or older.

Entry Period

Opens Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET. Closes Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received outside this window will not be considered.

How to Enter

Self-entry via the form on the contest page, or nomination via the second form. A nomination alone does not count as an entry. Vagari Creative will contact the nominated business, and the business must complete its own entry to be considered.

Selection

Vagari Creative's founder will review all completed entries and select a shortlist of finalists, followed by one winner, based on:

• Clarity of need: the business currently lacks a professional brand identity
• Strength and specificity of the business's story
• The business's willingness to participate fully in the process, including being featured publicly during and after the project

This is not a random drawing.

Prize

Winner: one (1) Brand Foundation package (brand strategy, positioning, identity, and brand guide). Approximate retail value: $3,500. Does not include a website. Winner will also be offered 20% off a custom website build upon completion of the Brand Foundation.

All other completed entrants: 15% off a Brand Foundation or a Brand + Website engagement with Vagari Creative, valid through December 31, 2026.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted directly by email and/or phone within 3 business days of selection. Winner must confirm and schedule a kickoff call within 5 business days of notification, or Vagari Creative reserves the right to select an alternate finalist.

Publicity

By entering, applicants agree that if selected as a finalist or winner, their business name, representative's name, photos, and story may be featured in Vagari Creative's marketing, including social media, its website, and press outreach, during and after the contest period. This use is limited to 12 months from the completion of the Brand Foundation project. Vagari Creative will get separate, written sign-off from the winner specifically before any project work begins.

Data Use

Information submitted will be added to Vagari Creative's email list and may be used to follow up with entrants about this contest and future offers, including the discount described above. Vagari Creative, not Meta, is collecting this information.
